Is there a set up/delivery fee?​​
Yes​​. To deliver to Lake Greeson we charge $150. To deliver to any location up to 50 miles away from Kirby, Arkansas is $250. This price includes delivery, setup, pickup, pump out, cleaning, and a fully stocked camper. Other locations can be discussed.

Can we pick up the RV ourselves?
At this time we do not allow anyone to tow our campers. Maybe in the future we can offer this but in the meantime we would love to take the pressure off of you having to tow the camper and have to set it up. Just show up and have a good time!

What's included with each camper?
Each camper includes the following:
Bedding and pillows for each bed, 6 towels, 2 hand towels, 6 washcloths, dish soap, hand soap, cups, plates, basic cookware,  flatware, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, toaster, and a coffee pot with filters.
Outside each camper includes 2 lawn chairs, 1 bundle of firewood, outdoor rug and a bucket light.

Do you allow pets?
We allow up to 2 pets in the Red Oak. Each pet requires a $75 non-refundable fee. No pets allowed in other campers.

What if our tanks get full while we're camping?
No worries! Just call us 870-828-3138 and we will send someone to dump your tank for a $25+ fee on Lake Greeson. Other sites will be $50+.
